ADMISSION CRITERIA: Students seeking the Education Specialist in Teaching & Leading must meet the minimum requirements for admission to the selected graduate program as defined by the appropriate catalog and outlined on the program curriculum contract.

Ed.S. Admission Criteria 1. Master’s Degree in education, or in the content area of teacher certification from an accredited institution, with a minimum GPA of 2.75, or a GPA of 3.0 on the last thirty (30) hours of credit completed 2. Official Transcripts from all Institutions 3. Copy of teaching certificate or out of state equivalent 4. Statement of Professional Goals demonstrating applicant’s use of critical thinking, communication, creativity, and collaboration 5. Signed Codes of Ethics for Kentucky School Personnel and College of Education
