You May Be Able To Save More In Medicare Costs!
Extra Help is a program to help people with limited income and resources pay Medicare prescription drug program costs, like premiums, deductibles, and coinsurance.

How do I know if I Qualify?
Complete the brief survey to find out if you qualify for Low-Income Subsidy/Extra Help:
 You have Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and/or Medicare Part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance)
 You live in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia
 Your income is below $19,320 If you are NOT currently married or NOT living with your spouse, or $26,130 if you are currently married and living with your spouse
 Your combined savings, investments, and real estate are NOT worth more than $14,790 if you are not currently married or NOT living with your spouse, or $29,520 if you are currently married and living with your spouse.
If yes to all the above questions then call one of our experienced partners located in your area who will assist you with your application.

If you get Extra Help but you’re not sure if you're paying the right amount, call your drug plan. Your plan may ask you to give information to help them check the level of Extra Help you should get.

How Do I Apply For Medicare Savings Programs?
 Contact the AR State Health Insurance Information Assistance Program (SHIIIP), by calling 1-800-224-6330 for assistance.
 A staff member will locate a partner near you, who will assist you with completing an application.
 The Medicare Counselor can also help answer your Medicare questions.
The Medicare Prescription Drug program gives you a choice of prescription plans that offer various types of coverage.
You may be able to get extra help to pay for the monthly premiums, annual deductibles, and co-payments related to the Medicare Prescription Drug program. However, you must be enrolled in a Medicare Prescription Drug plan to get this extra help.
