Personal fall arrest systems must be inspected before each use. Fall protection exhibiting any of these faults must be marked rejected, removed from service, and destroyed.
What to look for
FULL-BODY HARNESS Hardware: Includes D rings, buckles, keepers, and back pads. Inspect for damage, distortion, sharp edges, burrs, cracks, and corrosion. Comments:
